We are pleased to announced that our two Bed and Breakfast apartments have won the 2007 awards from two prestigious organizations. We have won the award for the
2007 "Best of B and B" from citysearch and we also won the 2007 "5 star award" from the Yelp search site.

Benedictine B & B offers a comfortable, spacious, private suite of rooms within the grounds of a real urban monastery. Monks have been welcoming travelers for centuries and you will be given the same warm welcome by the monks of the Monastery of the Holy Cross. Tucked away in a newly renovated area of the monastery, whose buildings date to the late 19th century, you will find all the comforts of home. Bedroom

Accommodations are provided in a completely private 7 room Loft apartment. Our guests love it. This cozy space includes
3 bedrooms [2 double beds and 1 single bed], kitchenette, dining room, living room, bath, fully air conditioned, TV/DVD, private entrance, free off-street parking the Monastery's lot. Delightful breakfast prepared fresh by the monks each morning. We get rave reviews on such menu items as hash browns, fruit dishes, piping hot muffins, pancakes smothered in hot Michigan maple syrup and more. Breakfast is included free with Loft apartment.

Coming to town for fun? Chicago is one of the great cities of the world! Use the B & B as a base from which to see all its wonderful sights. By car or by public transportation, the many museums of Chicago and magnificent shops of Michigan Avenue are just minutes away.

For Reservations:
You can call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to make reservations and dial extension 202. Please remember that you are reserving a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment. It is treated as one unit and you will share it with no one else but your party. To check availability and to make a reservation always state "one bedroom" where the WorldRes form asks "number of bedrooms". Their system does not recognize a two bedroom unit. The actual rate will be determined by the number of persons entered in the form.
